一句话：综合训练不收集你的任何数据。没有账号，不联网，不做任何统计或追踪。你的训练计划、比赛成绩、心率记录，只存在你自己的设备上。
不收集任何个人信息。综合训练没有服务器，也不向任何服务器发送数据。App 运行完全离线。
App 不集成任何第三方分析、广告或崩溃统计 SDK。唯一使用的第三方资源是 Oswald 字体（SIL Open Font License 1.1），它随 App 一起分发、不联网。
本 App 面向大众健身人群，不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集其信息（事实上不收集任何人的信息）。
若政策有更新，我们会修改本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。重大变更会在 App 更新说明中提示。

In one line: Hybrid (综合训练) collects no data. No account, no network requests, no analytics, no tracking. Your training plans, race results, and heart-rate records stay only on your own devices.
Data storage. Plans and results are stored locally on your device (Apple SwiftData). Syncing happens only between your own iPhone and Apple Watch via Apple's WatchConnectivity — never through us or any third party. Deleting the app removes all local data.
HealthKit. With your permission, the app reads heart rate and active energy during a workout for live display and the summary, and writes a workout record to the Health app afterwards. All health data is processed on-device only and is never uploaded, shared, or used for advertising. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Imports & sharing (files, coach links) are user-initiated local actions and involve no server of ours. Third parties: no analytics/ads/crash SDKs; the only bundled third-party asset is the Oswald font (SIL OFL 1.1), which ships offline. Children: not directed at children under 13 and collects no one's information.
