一句话：默认不收集任何数据；只有你主动登录后，才会把训练计划与成绩同步到我们的服务器，用于备份与多设备同步。不登录时，一切只在你自己的设备上。我们不做广告、不做追踪、不接第三方统计。
不登录使用时，综合训练不向任何服务器发送数据，全程离线。训练计划与比赛成绩保存在你设备本地的数据库中（Apple 的 SwiftData），并仅通过 Apple 的 WatchConnectivity 在你本人的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch之间同步。卸载 App 即删除全部本地数据。
当你选择登录（Sign in with Apple，或邮箱 + 密码）后，为实现「换机/重装不丢、多设备同步」，我们会收集并存储：
即使登录，来自「健康」App 的心率与消耗也只在本机读写——它们用于训练时实时显示与写回体能训练记录，永不上传到我们的服务器。上一条同步的「平均心率/卡路里」是你这次训练的汇总数字（成绩的一部分），不是你的连续健康数据。
App 不集成任何第三方分析、广告或崩溃统计 SDK。唯一使用的第三方资源是 Oswald 字体（SIL Open Font License 1.1），它随 App 一起分发、不联网。
本 App 面向大众健身人群，不针对 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集其信息（事实上不收集任何人的信息）。
若政策有更新，我们会修改本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。重大变更会在 App 更新说明中提示。

In one line: by default we collect nothing; only after you sign in do we sync your training plans and results to our server for backup and multi-device sync. No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics.
Signed out. The app runs fully offline. Plans and results are stored locally (Apple SwiftData) and sync only between your own iPhone and Apple Watch via WatchConnectivity. Deleting the app removes all local data.
Signed in (optional). You may sign in with Apple or with email + password. We store: your account identifier (Apple sub and/or email), a salted password hash if you register with email, optional display name/avatar, and your training plans and workout results (splits, total time, average heart rate, calories). Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, never sold, shared, or used for ads. You can sign out anytime, or email us to delete your server-side data.
HealthKit stays on device. Even when signed in, heart rate and energy from the Health app are read/written on-device only and are never uploaded. The average-HR/calorie numbers in a synced result are per-workout summaries, not your continuous health data.
Third parties: no analytics/ads/crash SDKs; the only bundled third-party asset is the Oswald font (SIL OFL 1.1). Children: not directed at children under 13.
